栝樓為葫蘆科植物栝樓 Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.或雙邊栝樓 Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms的乾燥成熟果實
常用於治療陰虛潮熱、盜汗的藥材－地骨皮，其藥用部位就是大家熟知〝枸杞〞的「根皮」。
